How to lodge a complaint with the Moreton Bay Regional Council? 

A complaint may be made:

•  In writing by letter, fax, or by completing Council's administrative action complaints form

• By phone (07) 3205 0555

• Or in person to a Councillor or a Council Officer

Written and electronically received complaints should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
